Tabletop Spinning Cosmetic Organiser by Lori Greiner

How adorable is this makeup organiser . I purchased this after reading a selection of mixed reviews and decided I would make up my mind once I had tested it for myself .

At first I was slightly apprehensive , it is white plastic which isn't the most attractive material in the world. But when it comes to storing makeup, it makes complete sense as its kind of, (depending how much you can squeeze in), lightweight and wipe able -brilliant to clean, unlike most makeup bags! It also displays all your products which I find ideal when I'm in a rush rather than rummaging through numerous bags!

Don't get me wrong you can't fit your entire, (if your anything like me), makeup collection in it , but I have found it perfect for storing all my "most reached for products". Dividing the sections into "face makeup" , "eye shadows", "brows and liner", "lashes and lash glue" ... you get what I mean. I only have two larger pallets that don't fit in but that hasn't really phased me. I love the fact I know where everything is and can see it at a glance . It also revolves really smoothly.. which is so much fun! It looks smart and is great just as a display unit ! I also love the fact is has the compartments in the top for lipsticks and brushes ! It has grown on me since I first purchased it and I actually really love it ! I would recommend it but I would also suggest not to expect it to fit your entire collection in ! As a "most reached for storage unit" it is perfect !

D.I.Y Bunting

You will need ...
- Designs, if printed on paper I suggest backing them onto card
- Scissors
- Pen or Pencil
- Card, to make a template or a ruler
- Hole punch
- String or ribbon to thread

1.Choose Designs
: To start with , I found a selection of prints that took my fancy online , once decided I printed 8 A4 sheets of designs .

2. Make a template
: I made mine folding an A4 sheet of card in half and used one half to make a triangle by folding the right and left side diagonally into a middle point.

3. Draw around the template
: I found drawing onto the back of the printed design worked better so If I wobbled I didn't ruin the pretty side. (I also managed to make 4 triangles out of 1, A4 sheet )

4. Cut out the flags
: Cut out the triangles ( I also backed mine onto card to make them stronger

5. Attach
Hole punch each triangle and thread with string , looping it through the holes to avoid movement

One I made earlier ...
The bunting below I made out of wrapping paper !
